Hello! I'm a student at the University of Washington studying computer science and philosophy. I'm broadly interested in reinforcement learning agents, philosophy of mind, philosophy of physics, complexity theory, and the fundamentals of AI, but you can just as often find me buried in a book about poetry, crow behavior, or zen buddhism.

Right now, I'm working with Mei Chen's team at Microsoft researching how we can improve computer-use agents using better grounding methods. I also work part-time as an associate data scientist at Centific.

I have taught CSE 122 and 143 at UW, and am teaching CSE 490: Big Ideas in AI next autumn. In my free time, I read, write, listen to music, and lead UW's architecture appreciation club. I am also trying to write a book about the philosophy of mind. Feel free to reach out via email for any reason if you want to chat!
